**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Processing of Invoices with and without Purchase orders
- Manage the team’s General Mailbox and reply to suppliers’ queries.
- Supplier Statement analyses
- Creation and update of employee accounts in the GKN’s Travel and Expenses tool
- Deal with employee queries and solve possible issues and delays in the expenses payment.Prepare the files for Travel and Expenses Payments
