**SALESLAND** is a multinational company providing outsourcing services in the sales field. Our customers use our services to maximize their sales and their market position.

We are recruiting for a technology brand who seeks to incorporate (full-time) a **Partner Marketing Manager** (M/F), in Porto or Lisbon.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Deliver best retail execution of products, into the hands of consumers increasing purchase consideration and conversions at point of purchase both online and in store;
- Manage the marketing relationship & execution with a number of retail and/or carrier partners;
- Recommend, develop and execute marketing strategies, plan and campaigns including advertising, social/digital communication, retail programming;
- Identify opportunities to grow the business by tracking expenditure against budgets and analyze the performance of campaigns to determine ROI;
- Ensure timely senior stakeholder reviews to keep the projects on track;
- Coordinate and align feedback from cross-functional stakeholders and form an opinion and strategy for the project execution;
- Coordinate and manage partner branding and integration of the brand into partner creative;
- Review language on marketing materials.

**Requirements**:

- Higher education in Marketing, Management or similar (mandatory);
- Minimum 4+ years of Marketing experience;
- Proficiency in English (C2);
- Knowledge in Spanish (valued);
- Experience in retail marketing, preferably in digital, partnerships or brand management (mandatory);
- Proven success negotiating with partners to create experiences;
- Experience working for powerful, iconic brands (consumer or B2B) that engage consumers through disruptive marketing.

- Exceptional leadership skills; team player with very strong interpersonal skills, who is comfortable working on complex projects with many stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Proven project management skills

**Conditions**:

- Full-Time Schedule: 40h per week;
- Fixed Salary + SA;
- Conditions adjusted to the functions.
