Workplace Options have an exciting opportunity for a **Metrics Analyst**. This would either be a hybrid position from our office in Paço De Arcos, Lisbon or fully remote depending on your location. The Metrics Analyst is responsible for efficient and effective systems and processes, data collection, tracking and department reporting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify key metrics that will support recommendations of action on various aspects of the business.
- Support management of Local Service Delivery Partners.
- Support for the monthly partner invoicing/billing process.
- Produce monthly expense reports and in-country partner reports on ratio of expense to revenue.
- Liaise with WPO Finance on global infrastructure expense projections and invoice processing.
- Assist in working up financial models for in-country partners and prospects.
- Work closely with the VP on managing partner expense to stay within profit margins.
- Work closely with Global Infrastructure Partner Relations to identify and resolve areas for efficiency enhancement.
- Market research into competitor pricing trends.
- Production of monthly reports on Local Service Delivery Partner performance, utilisation, SLAs, and the necessary ad hoc reports.

**Requirements**:**
Qualifications/Skills**:

- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Analytical skills & experience dealing with large data sources.
- Strong background in statistics and analytic techniques.
- Exceptional organisational and logical skills.
- Must have the ability to handle complex data using advanced excel skills.
- Proven ability and skills with (the ability) to make recommendations.
- Ability to communicate data.
- Solution oriented outlook, formulating ideas and questions current processes.
- Ability to negotiate and influence to promote and implement new ideas.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a deadline driven high-pressure environment (especially at the beginning of each month).
