**Business Analyst / Operation Analyst**
**Workplace**:Lisbon
**Technical Requirements**:
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering or Information Technology;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as business analysis or operations roles.
- Strong analytical skills with a creative and flexible approach to problem solving
- Good understanding and experience of working with large and complex IT systems,
- Understanding of customer service and providing internal clients with appropriate solutions.
- Ability to write and maintain documentation that can withstand inspection by third parties, in particular internal reviewers and auditors as well as regulatory bodies is required
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL is not mandatory but a strong plus
- Proficiency with Python and/or PowerBI and/or Excel PivotTables appreciated
- Knowledge of financial products and general knowledge about Finance and market risk is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
