Sustainability Specialist

In this role, you will be part of the Global Sustainability team, focusing on Circularity, Partnership, and Innovation (CPI), and play a key role in driving customer-centric sustainability initiatives. As a member of our Global Sustainability team, you will drive and support strategic partner management activities with a strong focus on customer engagement. Your role will be instrumental in managing customer sustainability requests, developing tailored communication materials, and fostering collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. You will help translate customer needs into actionable strategies and contribute to the advancement of circular economy initiatives.
In your new role, you will:
- **Coordination of**customer sustainability requests**, ensuring timely and high-quality responses
- Develop and maintain **customer-facing sustainability collateral**(presentations, factsheets, whitepapers, etc.)
- Support **strategic partnerships**with key **customers**:
- Act as a **liaison between internal teams**(e.g., R&D, sales, legal, operations) and **external stakeholders**to align on sustainability goals
- Contribute to **internal knowledge**sharing and training**on customer sustainability topics
- Monitor **industry trends, customer expectations, and regulatory developments**to inform strategic planning
**Your Profile**
You are a collaborative and customer-focused professional with a strong interest in sustainability. You excel at building relationships, translating complex topics into compelling narratives, and managing multiple stakeholders. Your proactive mindset and structured approach enable you to drive impactful sustainability initiatives in a global context.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **S**ustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Communications**, or a related field
- **Between 1 and 3 years of experience**in sustainability**, preferably with a focus on customer engagement or partner management
- Proven ability to manage **cross-functional projects**and **e**ngage diverse stakeholders**:
- Experience in the **semiconductor or electronics industry**is an advantage
- Excellent **communication and presentation skills**:
- A **proactive, structured, and solution-oriented**working style
- Fluency in English - German would be an advantage
