**Your Profile**:

- You’re fluent in German and can communicate at a high level in English (C1).
- Previous experience with SAP is a plus.
- You currently live in Portugal.
- You have a high focus on customer satisfaction and have active listening skills.
- You are patient and enjoy helping others.
- Able to identify and troubleshoot client queries.
- Team player who is tech savvy and able to multitask.
- You have a valid work permit for the EU.
- You have a car or method of transport to get to the office located in Santa Maria da Feira, 20 minutes from Porto.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Use a CRM system to record data.
- Manage client’s orders.
- Ensure timely and efficient resolution of customers’ inquiries.
- Provide top quality customer service experience for clients.
- Answer customer questions or doubts.
- Help customers from Germany.
