Food delivery is a growing part of our routines. It’s easy, convenient, and there are more and more restaurants available. However, not everything is perfect. Most restaurants and food businesses often have to choose between the steep costs of selling through delivery marketplace apps, and the complexity of setting up and running their own delivery operations.

Kitch is here to fix this. ️

We are a venture-backed technology company on a mission to empower restaurants of all sizes to retain their independence and take back control of their deliveries. **About the Role**:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Kitch and our** Onboarding** team. You will be responsible for the successful onboarding, training, activation and use of Kitch technology for new customers. Your typical day will involve onboarding and get new partner restaurants ready to streamline their operations and be more efficient. You will be crucial for Kitch’s growth in current and new markets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Get new restaurant partners successfully onboarded in our platform as soon as possible - it involves a technical setup, coordination with partners and training on best use;
- Manage the onboarding and help both large and small restaurants to adapt to their needs and expectations;
- Establish and maintain relationships with key companies related in the activation process;
- Work with the Account Management and Marketing teams to create materials, guides, how-tos, training etc;
- Work with the Product and Engineering teams to define the needs of onboarding and activation to make the process incredible for our customers.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communicator in Italian and English (Portuguese is a Plus);
- Strong people skills, that lead to being quick to build confidence;
- Organization and prioritization skills (you’ll need to prioritize client’s needs and thrive under pressure);
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
