To support us in this role, we intend to recruit for the **Operational Architecture** department. **Work Place**:Lisbon or Oporto **Main responsibilities**: This job opening is for an Integration "Black Belt" for EDP with a Global Mindset. Integration Black Belt imply a strong background on the development of IT Integration technologies, ranging from sFTP connections to more recent protocols and APIs. This is not an opportunity for software programmer. We are looking for someone who will: - Design and develop technical architecture for integration solutions integration solutions to meet client needs and objectives; - Define and document integration patterns and best practices; - Provide guidance and mentoring on integration strategies, standards, processes, and tools; - Conduct research and staying up to date with the latest integration trends and technologies; - Govern and maintain EDP's Global Integration Architecture (from APIs, Web Services, Events, ETL, Batch, Files, Data, etc; - Manage an outsourced team of Integration Architects; - Assist the specification of integration test plans and scenarios; - Maintain integration design documentation and technical specifications; - Collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders, developers, and system owners to ensure integration requirements are met; - Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards; - Communicate project status to various levels of management. **Looking for people with the following requirements**: - Bachelor's Degree or Master's in Computer Engineering or similar; - Minimum of 3 years' experience in one or more of the following activities: - Design and development of multiple types of integration technologies; - Ideally some experience managing small team of developers or architects. - We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and driven professional.
