**What is this challenge about**
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-level integration solutions.
- Define integration architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to understand integration requirements and ensure successful delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to integration developers.
- Conduct architectural reviews and ensure compliance with security and governance policies.
- Develop and maintain integration architecture documentation.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies, recommending improvements and innovations.
- Perform capacity planning and performance tuning for integration solutions.

**What we are looking for**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in integration architecture and design.
- 5+ years of experience in MuleSoft development.
- Extensive knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and other integration technologies.
- Strong understanding of SOA, ESB, and API management.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful and SOAP web services.
- High Knowledge of API Led and Restfull Design patterns;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and align technology solutions with business objectives.
- MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect or Developer certification is a plus.
- Fluent level of English.
