We are looking for a
**Quality & Food Safety Supply Auditor**
**for our Office in Maia.**
**Responsabilities of the role**
- Management of the Quality and Food Safety System: management of the supplier approval process and raw material validation
- Verification of the analysis report of pesticides and contaminants of fruits, cereals and legumes and other types of raw materials when applicable
- Support in maintenance & update of contents in the Quality Management system and raw material
- Take part and support the Food Safety & Quality Management team in their day-to-day activities
- Interpret national and international legislation, standards and procedures for Quality and Food Safety
- Support external audits of suppliers in order to verify compliance with pre-established requirements
- Monitor the supplier, ensuring deadlines and specifications
- Validate and monitor audit action plans and control deadlines
- Support in other quality related tasks (certificate check etc.)
**Education**
- Food Engineering, Quality Engineering or higher education in an area compatible with the role
**Qualifications**
- 1 year experience in similar role
- Passion and interest in food safety and quality management
- Independent, structured, and proactive working style
- Critical thinking skills
- Fluency in English is a pre-requisite, any other language especially French, German is an advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and method
- Capable of planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with Frulact goals
- Proactivity, team spirit and conflict management
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP and SharePoint knowledge is an additional asset
- Available to travel
