Tax automation & compliance platform that enables digital asset platforms (crypto exchanges, NFT platforms etc) to provide tax calculation and reporting to their end users.

**The role (remote)**
- Set up the customer support processes
- Build and coach a team of customer support agents
- Create support guidelines
- Supervise the daily activities of the support team
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports

**The profile**
- Min. 3 years of customer support experience
- Min. 1 year of leading customer support teams
- Passionate about the crypto sector
- Hands-on
- Team player
- Fluent English, other languages are a plus
