**MAIN PURPOSE**:
- To oversee delivery of Facilities Management services within designated Hub including cleaning, M&E, Security, Vending and Front of House to our client. Ensuring that the highest standards of customer service and quality are maintained at all times whilst also ensuring value for money is achieved at all times.
- To develop strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues across the client and Mace Operate business, and to take ownership for the service delivery and financial budgets for your designated regions.
- Actively uses Mace internal systems to identify and manage account risk, people, compliance, supplier performance and maintenance of activities in scope.
- Additionally, to contribute and provide support to the Account Lead for the overall account performance.
**MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Safely deliver FM services in accordance with Safety First - Second Nature.
- Adopt and embrace the delivery of services set against the Purpose: “To redefine the boundaries of ambition”
- Service delivery - operational management of internal and external service delivery teams, ensuring quality of services provided is continually improved and exceeds customer expectations.
- Relationship management - Country Managers, direct team and Supplier relations
- Strategic and Technical support - general advice to customers, peers and team
- One team - able to build, maintain and transform a team regionally
- Continuous development of the services and relentlessly pursue a better way of delivery.
- Keeps abreast of developments in the FM market and can demonstrate a commitment to professional development.
- Provides effective and professional guidance to a team of FM professionals e.g. sets task deadlines, monitors performance and conducts performance appraisals.
- Implements and utilises Mace processes and best practice in line with Mace Operates policies and procedures.
- Implements continuous improvement in all service lines to drive value add, ROI and innovative ideas.
- Carries out regular office and leadership inspections within designated Hub of records, to ensure that relevant statutory work is being completed in line with service contracts and national legislation.
- Retains oversight of small office projects including moves management and churn.
- Maintains regular contact with Landlord and maintains familiarity with all landlord and tenant matters within designated Hub
- Works closely and supports the Mace Operate team to ensure that the same standards are being delivered across the portfolio and to share best practice.
- Ensures colleagues are using Mace internal systems to ensure account compliance.
- Ensure that the emergency response plan is updated and circulated
**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Communication - 3600 cascading information to customers, peers and team whilst keeping management team fully informed
- People management - line management of staff and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Mentoring, development, coaching and appraising.
- Network - assisting with production of documents, processes and information for other work or new projects.
- Networking - keep abreast of best practice within the industry by maintaining contact with peers in other market sectors.
