As Facilities Manager, you'll be the key to a smooth-running Devoteam You'll oversee facilities, travel and admin support, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace. Lead a team, manage vendors, and streamline processes - all while keeping us compliant.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Director of Operations in developing and executing operational strategy, budgets, and investments.
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Facilities Management.
- Oversee all building maintenance activities, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate vendor performance.
- Develop and manage the facilities maintenance budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist with space planning and allocation, office moves, and furniture/equipment inventory.
- Identify and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact.
- Supervise and train facilities staff, delegating tasks and fostering a positive work environment.
- Analyze and optimize company travel policies, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure compliance.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and all relevant regulations for facilities management and events.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in facilities management, including building maintenance, health & safety, and vendor management.
- Experience with budget management, contract negotiation, and process improvement.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
