We are looking for a **Helpdesk / IT Support** professional to join a challenging project within a **European institution based in Luxembourg**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide 1st level technical support to end-users;
- Install and configure Windows 7 and 10 operating systems;
- Support users with the Microsoft Office Suite;
- Configure and troubleshoot VPN connections;
- Manage and support mobile devices and telephony services;
- Log and follow up on tickets using ticketing and CMDB tools;
- Diagnose and resolve network issues (hardware, protocols, TCP/IP);
- Ensure a customer-focused service and high-quality standards;
- Escalate complex incidents to higher-level support teams;
- Document procedures and solutions for the knowledge base.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with MS Office Suite;
- Experience with Microsoft OS (Windows 7 and 10);
- Knowledge of mobile devices and related services;
- Troubleshooting skills for PCs, laptops, tablets, VPN, etc.;
- Familiarity with ticketing and CMDB tools;
- Basic understanding of networking and protocols;
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

**Additional Information**
- **Fluency in English** is required;
- Good knowledge of **French** is a strong asset;
- Willingness to travel to **Luxembourg**, especially during the onboarding phase;
- Availability to work in **rotating shifts** (Luxembourg time, GMT+1):

- Shift 1: 07h00 - 16h00
- Shift 2: 08h00 - 17h00
- Shift 3: 10h00 - 19h00
- Must follow the **Luxembourg public holiday calendar** (Portuguese holidays do not apply);
- Initially **100% on-site**, with the possibility of switching to a **hybrid model** later on.
