Hommes Studio is looking for a passionate and professional full-time sales operations manager, to come and join the team.
Aiming to provide the best customer sales experience to our B2B customers, the role is all about identify, manage, analyse and optimise all potential sales transactions coming from interior design and architecture studios requests, from all around the world.
The Sales Operation manager will also be in charge of Strategic Accounts being responsible for managing and developing strong relationships, as well as to position high value services for the clients, aligned with a specific strategic plan.
We are looking for:
- English Speakers ( B2 level, minimum)
- Fluency in another language (French, German, Russian or Chinese. B2 Level, minimum)
- Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a sales representative for at least 2 years
- Previous experience in dealing with B2B stakeholders, ideally interior design studios and architects, is a plus
