**Job Summary**:
We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Supervisors to lead our German / Dutch markets team. In this role, you'll oversee a team of customer service representatives, ensuring top-notch support for our German / Dutch -speaking clients. Fluency in German is a must, and proficiency in another language is a significant plus.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**:

- Inspire and develop a team of customer service representatives.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Drive the team to achieve or surpass customer service goals and KPIs.

**Customer Support**:

- Handle escalated customer inquiries and address complex issues in German/Dutch.
- Monitor team performance to maintain high-quality customer interactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to effectively address customer concerns.

**Training and Development**:

- Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Identify areas for skills improvement and implement necessary training programs.

**Reporting and Analytics**:

- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on team performance and recommend areas for improvement.

**Language Skills**:

- Fluency in German (Deutsch) / Dutch (Nederlands) is essential.
- Proficiency in an additional language is a strong advantage.

**What We Expect From You**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership role in customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Fluency in German (Deutsch) / Dutch (Nederlands) is required, with knowledge of another language as a bonus.
- Proficiency in English at a C1 level.
