We are a boutique hotel that prides itself on providing personalized service to each and every guest. Our mission is to create a unique and unforgettable experience for every guest that walks through our doors. We are looking for a Senior Front Desk Agent who is passionate about hospitality and dedicated to ensuring that every guest has an exceptional stay.
As a Senior Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing exceptional service to our guests. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting guests and checking them in and out of the hotel
- Providing information to guests about hotel amenities and services
- Handling guest complaints and resolving any issues that may arise
- Ensuring that the hotel area is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Assisting with other duties as needed
- Assisting in the preparation of the breakfast and bar
- Communicating with guests before, during and after the stay
- Actively participating and carrying for a good work environment among colleagues
- 1000 to 1200€
- You will be confirmed as a full-time employee on a long-term contract after 4 months.
**Requirements**:
- Currently based in Portuga-Lisbon
- At least 1 year of experience in a front desk role, preferably in a boutique hotel/hotel.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
- Language required: English. German, French, and Portuguese are a plus
