**Mission**
We are looking to strengthen our team with an EasyVista Consultant.
**Responsibilities**:
- Engage in large-scale projects.
- Perform basic technical problem diagnosis and resolution.
- Produce technical documentation and reports.
**Perfil**
- Degree in Computer Engineering or similar experience.
- Proven experience as a service desk technician or in another user support role.
- Experience using ticketing tools (EasyVista or others will be considered an advantage).
- EasyVista Foundation certifications (will be considered an advantage).
- Technical knowledge and experience in T-SQL, SQL-Server, and LINUX.
- Technical knowledge and experience in PHP and XML (will be considered an advantage).
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- **Work Regime**: Hybrid
