**Your mission**:
As our Senior Finance Manager within the Finance team, you will participate in and oversee our accounting operations across the group, guide and maintain a growing team of professionals to professional and personal success. You will be reporting to our Head of Finance and collaborating with our CFO as well as other important internal and external stakeholders. You'll safeguard meticulously maintained processes and records and help us achieve sustained commercial growth and develop yourself and the company further.

**In this role, you will**:

- Take ownership for our monthly and annual close, and act as the first point of contact for our auditors and tax advisors
- Continuously optimize and automate financial accounting processes across our group and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and accounting principles
- Own the accounting documentation and adapt it to current developments, support the further development of accounting and continuously develop internal (accounting) processes and systems
- Be the contact person for our specialist departments in finance matters and work closely with other teams (e.g. risk and regulatory teams)
- Analyze, monitor, and manage cash flow, our crypto subledger, and banking matters together with your colleagues

**What you need to be successful**:

- You have a strong theoretical and practical background in accounting in the tech space, ideally with previous exposure to crypto
- You have extensive experience in working with DATEV or a similar accounting system
- You thrive in international and diverse teams, act on strong collaboration principles, and have strong communication skills
- A big plus would be previous experience in a regulated industry
- You are not afraid to use Excel
- You have a comprehensive grasp of HGB
- You’re fluent in English and speak at least conversational German
