**Purchasing Support Trainee** para integrar a equipa de

**Iberian Services** na Direção Human Resources & Business Services, equipa que dá suporte em 4 áreas diferentes, todas elas ligadas a compras e faturação.

**O QUE VAIS FAZER **

  • Apoiar no processo de aquisição de S&IM, através do EasyBuy ou SAP;
  • Dar suporte nas seguintes tarefas: Verificação de todos os pedidos apresentados na plataforma Service Now e criação de requisição de compra no Easybuy ou SAP. Assegurar o acompanhamento com as Empresas em caso de incorreções e atualizar os montantes das Requisições de Compra sempre que necessário;
  • Apoiar na criação anual de Pedido de Compra para Frota de Automóveis;
  • Analisar e gerir as discrepâncias entre faturas e ordens de compra (Gestão de faturas estacionadas e bloqueadas) e tomar as medidas necessárias para permitir o pagamento das faturas ou a sua correção através de notas de crédito;
  • Auxiliar no acompanhamento das reclamações de Qualidade para embalagens e matérias-primas a fim de recuperar montantes significativos para a Nestlé Portugal e Espanha;
  • Desafiar as formas existentes de trabalhar com uma mentalidade de melhoria contínua.

**ÉS QUEM PROCURAMOS?**

  • Formação académica superior em Gestão, Economia, Engenharia, Matemática ou similares
  • Bons conhecimentos de excel
  • Perfil analítico
  • Algum conhecimento em espanhol (scope da equipa é ibérico) - preferencial
  • Mindset de melhoria contínua, flexibilidade e agilidade
  • Espírito de equipa
