MediCore LDA ist ein modernes, digitales Gesundheitsunternehmen und unterstützt Arztpraxen sowie medizinische Versorgungszentren in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz bei Backoffice-Prozessen. Wir arbeiten vollständig digital und ermöglichen medizinischen Fachkräften, ihr Wissen in einer ruhigen, strukturierten Büro
- oder Homeoffice-Umgebung einzusetzen - ohne Schichtdienst, ohne Stress und ohne körperliche Pflege.
Wir wachsen weiter und suchen motivierte deutschsprachige Fachkräfte mit medizinischem Hintergrund (MFA, NäPA, VERAH, Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann oder vergleichbar), die sich mit Medikamenten auskennen und sicher am PC arbeiten.
**Deine Aufgaben**
- Bearbeitung von Rezepten, Überweisungen, Verordnungen und Einweisungen
- Digitale Pflege und Organisation von Patientenakten
- Prüfung von Medikamenten, Dosierungen und ärztlichen Angaben
- Kommunikation per E-Mail mit Praxisteams im deutschsprachigen Raum
- Administrative Tätigkeiten im medizinischen Backoffice
- Arbeit mit moderner Praxissoftware (z. B. Tomedo)
- Mitarbeit an optimierten, standardisierten digitalen Abläufen
**Dein Profil**
- Deutsch C1 oder Muttersprache (zwingend erforderlich)
- Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung als MFA, NäPA, VERAH, Pflegefachkraft oder medizinische Schreibkraft
- Sicherer Umgang mit Medikamenten und medizinischer Terminologie
- Gute PC-Kenntnisse, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Wohnsitz in Portugal (erforderlich)
- Arbeit im Büro in Vila Nova de Gaia oder Remote innerhalb Portugals möglich
