**‍‍ As a Magnitude Support Expert at Ivy Partners, you will**:

- Provide technical administration on Windows Server environments and support.NET component integrations within the Magnitude ecosystem.
- Maintain and support the SQL Server-based Magnitude Data Warehouse and develop, enhance, and maintain ETL processes using SSIS.
- Ensure data consistency, quality, and timely data availability for BI and reporting, potentially integrating with platforms like Snowflake.
- Collaborate with Group Finance and cross IT teams to ensure seamless operations of consolidation and reporting processes.
- Proactively identify and drive improvements in performance, automation, and system reliability, while documenting processes and standards for knowledge sharing and compliance.

**About You**
- Are familiar with or have a keen interest in learning about Snowflake.
- Excel in troubleshooting and problem-solving, and have superb communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams.
