**The team you'll be part of**
You will be part of team managing transportation services sourcing for Nokia worldwide, including air, ocean, rail and road freight. Your responsibilities include defining and executing the category strategy, negotiate contracts with Logistics Service Providers (LSP) and ensure competitive market rates for Nokia within your category. You will be working with the internal stakeholders and will be supported by a global cross-functional category team in tenders and negotiations with LSP’s.
Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).
**What you will learn and contribute to**

As part of our team, you will:
- have full responsibility on tendering process (RfQ, RfI) for logistics services based on business requirements and Nokia sourcing policies and strategy within own category
- proactively screen the market for new solutions, suppliers and business models to optimize Nokia’s logistics footprint based on business requirements and agreed strategy
- have full responsibility on rate negotiations with logistics service providers
- have full responsibility on rate management, analysis of offers and market data
- maintain and develop cooperative relationship with internal stakeholders, business partners and strategic LSP’s
**Your skills and experience**
You have:
- solid understanding of international transportation business, from the field of sourcing, account management or business development
- ability to drive sourcing projects and execute sourcing strategies independently in complex cross-functional organization
- can-do attitude with out of the box thinking mindset, going beyond obvious
It would be nice if you also had:
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in logistics, economics, or international trade management
- 10 years of professional experience
- solid skills in MS Office package, especially MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI
- excellent interpersonal skills which make you a good team player and an effective negotiator
- ability to manage stakeholders in a global organization
