**Mission**

We are looking for a **Change Management Consultant**to join our team and contribute to the success of our organizational transformation initiatives. This professional will play a central role in developing change projects, promoting adherence, capacity building, and engagement of all stakeholders.
- Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with the client's and organization's objectives.
- Conduct organizational impact analyses and identify potential barriers to change.
- Design and implement communication plans to engage stakeholders in transformation processes.
- Create customized educational materials, such as guides, presentations, and manuals, to support team training.
- Plan and deliver in-person and online training sessions, ensuring alignment with employee needs.
- Organize and conduct participatory workshops to foster collaboration and understanding of changes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting approaches as necessary.
- Promote best practices in change management and share knowledge with multidisciplinary teams.

**Profile**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in change management, training, or similar roles
- CCP - Certificate of Pedagogical Competence/former CAP (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in designing and facilitating workshops and training sessions
- Proficiency in creating educational content using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, among others
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and collaboration tools will be valued
