We ensure that we have the right project management processes, tools and training to support our project managers and their teams. - We support our organization to realize its projects and initiatives by securing a common project management framework, approach and support of systems and tools. - We develop, produce and maintain project management processes, tools, templates and training. - We support and train our project managers in execution of their projects. - We have focus on quality in project execution and daily management of projects. - We secure project managers have a voice and place to embed best practices into our framework, processes and tools. - We want to make it transparent, simple, and easy for project managers and project teams to effectively deliver **Responsabilities** - Coordinate change management efforts, mainly focused in Agile Planning Domain to support current transformation initiatives, including end user agreements, roll out, communication and overall methods and frameworks to favorably enable exciting transformation - Create change management plans for projects or change initiatives identifying key elements - analysis, plan, implementation, communication and other associated change aspects that directly contributes for projects success - Assess change management impact including conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders and roadblocks - Provide status of current initiatives requiring change management support, identifying actions, end user acceptance status and other metrics for a fruitful implementation - Develop change management framework and metrics, providing a clear overview of the current and forecasted success of ongoing initiatives, including recommendation on how to proceed efficiently and smoothly - Identify opportunities to improve current roadmap - Be change ambassador, identifying and promoting "what needs to be changed?" in areas outside of PME - Coordinate change management framework, metrics and report out - Support domain leaders in PME, agile planning domain and project managers requiring change management support to their projects - Be responsible to provide status report on current change management initiatives - Develop and maintain training and support material - Be point of contact for Process Excellence, VPS modules and other areas to ensure change is properly anchored and supported there **Qualifications** - M.Sc in Engineering or Business Administration, MBA as plus - Significant experience (> 6 years) in transformation and change management environment and operations - professional background in consultancy or as an entrepreneur highly desired - Significant knowledge of change management frameworks - Experience in large multinational exciting environment or fast-growing startup is highly desired - Experience in business development in energy sector - Experience coordinating teams - Project Management and Agile methodologies knowledge - Fluency in English, both verbal and written **Competencies** - High-quality communication skills - High motivated, able to move audience towards fruitful alignment and agreements - Able to prioritize and deliver on what matters most in each specific moment - Goal-oriented person that can guide and effectively communicate the intent of each initiative, inspiring others along the way - Enthusiastic and engaged, willing to work efficiently **What We Offer** We offer an exciting job with great opportunities for professional and personal development in an inspiring environment at the energy industry's global partner on sustainable energy solutions.
