O Online Services é responsável pela gestão dos canais digitais (sites, redes sociais, newsletters...), assegurando a coerência da comunicação, o tom de voz na informação e nos serviços. Cada visita é uma oportunidade para comunicar o valor para o consumidor.
Enquanto _Community Manager _as tuas principais tarefas serão:
- Publicar, dinamizar/ interagir e fazer _social listening_ nas plataformas sociais (redes sociais e fóruns online);
- Criar anúncios nas várias plataformas para potenciar o alcance e atingir os objetivos definidos;
- Garantir a coerência comunicacional e o tom de voz nos vários canais;
- Atuar como elo entre as equipas com responsabilidade de comunicação, os centros de competências e o atendimento ao cliente ;
- Identificar novos públicos e influenciadores para oportunidades de conteúdo e _social advocacy_ (externo e interno);
- Identificar novas tendências em social media;
- Acompanhar, medir e entregar relatórios com os principais indicadores de performance.
