With locations in practically every country, city, town and transport hub, and options ranging from an hour's co working to multi-year office space leases, they enable people and businesses to work where, when and how they want.- KEY REQUIREMENTSExtensive experience with building solutions (including plugins, workflows, and configuration) on Microsoft Dynamics CRM - including D365 CE.- Demonstrable experience architecting/designing large-scale Dynamics CRM (specifically Sales & Customer Service) projects. Must have worked with the two (2) most recent versions of Dynamic CRM.
- Proven experience functioning as a Technical Team Leader on a Dynamics CRM team including assigning tasks, performing code reviews, mentoring, etc.
- Functional and Technical expertise in Dynamics CRM configuration, web service programming, development, and Application Integration capabilities.
- Collaborative, team player, excellent communication skills.- KEY Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise, direction, and leadership to the technical team.
- Day-to-day management of the technical teams, working closely with the Project Managers to provide information around scheduling, risks, issues, changes, etc.
- Lead team in the building of CRM solutions that meet requirements and fulfil the acceptance criteria.
- Responsible for end-to-end technical assurance, technical governance, technical best practices, the reuse of technical assets, and the assignment of technical work.
- Mentor and coach CRM developers and inform System Owner if there are concerns with resource capabilities.
- Participates in daily stand-ups to raise blockers and report on progress.
- Ensure all components of the technical architecture are properly integrated and implemented.
- Ensure testing or production defects are resolved in a cost effective, efficient, and timely manner.
- Work closely with the Release Manager to ensure the team is correctly using the ALM process for promoting code to the appropriate environments and monitor the promotion of such code.
- Participate in all product design sessions with Application Architect and Integration Lead to ensure compliance with the IWG enterprise architecture and IT strategy.
