We are a short-term rental management company in Lisbon, dedicated to providing high-quality stays for travelers while ensuring seamless property management for owners.

To support our growth, we are looking for a **Maintenance, Operations, and Check-in Agent** to join our team **immediately**. This role requires a highly responsible and autonomous individual with strong problem-solving skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Maintenance & Operations**: Perform minor repairs (plumbing, basic electrical work, furniture fixes), coordinate technical interventions, and manage supply stocks.
- **Check-in & Guest Relations**: Welcome guests, introduce them to the property, and ensure a high-quality experience.
- **Quality Control & Supervision**: Inspect properties before guest arrivals, identify and resolve any issues.
- **Logistics**: Handle deliveries and necessary installations (linens, amenities, equipment).

**Profile**:

- **Valid driver’s license is mandatory** (frequent travel required).
- **Fluency in English is mandatory** (Portuguese and/or French are a plus).
- Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Well-organized with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in maintenance, hospitality, or property management is a plus.

**Conditions**:

- Location: Lisbon.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- **Salary: €1,000 - €1,400, depending on experience.**
