**About the job**

As a member of the Bank & Balance check team to contribute to the accurate and timely completion of all daily tasks to enable the efficient delivery of high quality operational service in line with industry standards and in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures. To support process improvement initiatives and implement them as agreed in order to streamline activities and support planned internal and external client satisfaction standards

**Your Main Activities Are**

Manage and follow-up the referrals under their responsibility according to management guidelines & procedures to guarantee the correct operational delivery

Identify and manage the clients instructions in lack of fund and special condition within the systems used for the workflow of referrals (CAMPS) and manage the lack of fund requests received from other Processing teams

Prioritize the referrals to manage according to the cut off time and the risk associated

Manage communication with external clients

Minimize operational failure by helping to devise, and by implementing, sufficient regular controls

Ensuring appropriate escalation to management

Detect and raise technical issues and participate in the improvement of the processes

**Profile and Skills to Success**

Academic background in Economics, Finance or Accounting

Up to 2 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations

Knowledge in Operations and Processes, namely in transaction processing and data capture

Good level of English

Resilience

Proactivity

Ability to collaborate/Teamwork

Ability to understand, explain and support change

Analytical ability
