You will be part of our QSHE (Quality, Safety and Health, Environment, Security) team, adding your expertise and skills to the delivery of no harm to people and the environment.

**Your role**

Your primary objective will be to manage all quality and certification duties in accordance with Corporate QSHE requirements and standards as well as local regulations. Ensure related quality and certification processes from the integrated management system (IMS) are established, implemented, and maintained on all levels of the national organization. Continuous improvement through benchmarking and use of best practices to ensure a world-class integrated management system and create added value for Kuehne+Nagel and its customers. Main focus: 1. Compliance to standards, 2. Continuous Improvement, 3. Training, 4. Audit, and 5. Customer Support.

**Your responsibilities**
- Ensure implementation of IMS and its applicable QSHE processes and standards (related to ISO 9001, etc.) within the country.
- Implement, monitor, and track Quality targets on a national level including KN Solutions and customer implementation.
- Monitor Quality KPI performance on a monthly basis (CAPAs, audits, etc.).
- Evaluate and prepare Quality KPIs to support decision processes.
- Liaise with external parties on matters relating to Quality where necessary, i.e. with customers, authorities, certification bodies, and suppliers.
- Liaise with managers from all national Business and Functional Units to ensure that Quality is properly implemented.
- Maintain a close working relationship with BU FUs.
- Coordinate and host/accompany internal & external audits (KN Vendors, Customers, certification authority, etc.).
- Develop, communicate, and manage the national IMS audit plan.
- Execute QSHE audits (IMS, Chains, etc.).
- Initiate synergies among BU/FU through professional service support and cooperation with the global QSHE team.
- Coordinate and support the national Business Continuity Plan.
- Set targets for direct reports and monitor performance; conduct performance appraisals.
- Identify training needs for direct reports and support the continuous upgrading of skills within the QSHE team.
- Support and coach national QSHE staff in Quality and ISO.
