**GRUNDFOS PORTUGAL is looking for a PROJECT DELIVERY MANAGER**

(2 days week/ homeoffice)

The manager of Projects delivery team, IND Europe’s primary responsibility is to lead the project delivery team towards delivering projects - from order reception to commissioning, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitable business.

The project delivery team is located throughout Europe so a key success factor is to be able to drive a truly international and productive team with high satisfaction in a virtual environment.

The manager of Projects delivery team is expected to build and maintain strong relationships to the sales organisation across the areas

**What is the job about?**
- Accountable for the project delivery team that drives project execution from customer order reception to final project closing.
- Responsible for that the team are utilizing the agreed systems and project processes, timely and with high quality.
- Support, motivate, energize, challenge and develop the team to maximise the project sales effort and effectiveness. This includes PDD’s, people management, development and coaching (Grow & Win meetings) within the department.
- Ensuring that his/her team is monitoring compliance to contract, applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, Heath & Safety and specifications
- Improving process methodology for project execution, from an E2E perspective
- Monitor and report on project execution progress, finance status, conduct risk assessment and how to minimizing them, and obtaining higher customer satisfaction and profitability on the projects.
- Select and manage sub-suppliers and sub-contractors with supply agreements and ensure alignment of service levels, for 3er party procurement, logistics, installations, etc.
- Work with the Finance / Credit Control Team to secure on time payment
- Handle customer issues if and when these arise

**What do you need to apply?**
- Master’s degree in Business, Project Management and/or engineering combined with relevant experience from a large international company working in a similar role.
- Experience from Grundfos working in a similar role.
- English proficiency
- Another language is a plus
- Proven experience of delivering demanding projects within a technically complex and dynamic environment on time, cost and quality.
- Excellent business and technical experience, with a strong talent for enabling productive communication between groups
- Managerial experience leading teams
- Knowledge of pumps, dosing and disinfection systems
- Experience in contract management
- Knowledge of different competences needed in project management
- technical expertise, finance, logistics, contracts, quality, Health&Safety, ISO norms, export regulations, etc
- Positive and resilient personality
- Great people skills and highly empathic
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills verbally as written
- Great stakeholder management skills - across borders and on all levels
- The ability to work in a demanding and ever changing environment where meeting time deadlines are a key task
- Experience in working with CRM/SAP PS/BW, Office package, Project management tools, CAD, etc
- Travel within the role must be expected.
