We are looking for you, entrusted with the support of our customers

**As a Customer Support you will**:

- Pre-sales assistance for users - advice on choosing the right solutions
- Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues and customers to higher tech-departments

**What do we expect?**
- **You speak native Finnish**:

- **You speak English - at least B2 level**:

- **You are ready to move to Lisbon or already live there**:

- You are customer-oriented and enjoy interacting with people

**What do we offer?**
- **Possible start**:8/03**:

- **Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance)**:

- **1750€ gross x 12 months** or 1500€ gross x 14 months,
- **up to 120€** gross performance bonus,
- **7,23€ NET/day** meal voucher - given as a pre-paid card
- **Work in the company office in Lisbon-Oriente**:Monday to Sunday** 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m (40h per week) with 2 rotating days off
- **Permanent full time employment contract **with** 3 months trial period (according to the Portuguese law)
- Complete online hiring process regulated
- Private health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months of the contract)
- **Relocation package**: flight ticket reimbursement (after 6 months) & possibility of accommodation in a company-owned apartment
- We are certified Great Place to Work for 4 years

**EU citizenship or a residence permit in Portugal is mandatory**
