- We are looking for you, entrusted with the support of our customers_

**As a Customer Support you will**:

- Walk **Dutch** speaking users through the setup process for their smart home devices, ensuring a smooth start to their smart home experience
- Provide patient guidance to **Dutch**speaking users facing technical issues with their devices eg: Wi-Fi connectivity problems, device unresponsiveness etc.
- Explain the various features of devices in an easy-to-understand way.
- Assist **Dutch** speaking users with ordering new devices or processing returns, making the purchasing process hassle-free

**Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance)**:

- **1100€ gross x 14 months** (it's 1283€ gross x 12 months) - basic salary,
- **135€ gross / month fixed project bonus**:

- **up to 120€** gross performance bonus,
- **7,23€ NET/day** meal voucher - given as a pre-paid card
- **This offer comes with 15th EXTRA SALARY: 1100€ gross paid after 1st year of contract**

- **Shifts system**:Monday to Friday - 8 am to 8 pm, Saturday to Sunday - 8 am to 5 pm (5days/week, 40h / week) with 2 rotating days off
- **Permanent (CDI) full time employment contract with 3 months trial period** (according to the Portuguese law)
