**As a Customer Support you will**:

- **After sales support of all customers' requests in Dutch mainly EMAIL but also incoming calls**:

- **Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns** (i.e. troubleshooting, fraud order and returns: “My toothbrush stopped working”, “My TV arrived today after the repair, however it’s still not working”
- **Be knowledgeable about given offer and providing the product information** (i.e.: I would like to learn more about the features of the coffee machine; What are the differences between these devices before ordering”
- **Answers delivery questions like**: “I was expecting my product yesterday, but I have no news yet on the status of my issue”

**Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance)**:

- €1100 gross x 14 months - **basie salary,**:

- **up to 100€**gross project bonus/month
- up to **€100**gross **performance bonus,**:

- **€7.23 NET/day**meal voucher
- **20 €/month -**Transport allowance
