The Profile

  • You are proficient in Dutch and high level of English (C1)
  • You have excellent listening and communications skills
  • You have familiarity with online advertising products and social media
  • You have proficient solid Microsoft Office experience
  • You are interesting in providing quality customer service
  • You are open to learning all about customer care strategies and understanding of company’s products
  • You are outgoing and charming
  • You are able to work 40 hours per week

**Experience in customer support is a plus

Your responsibilities

  • Provide a customer-friendly service by showing interest in the customer, guaranteeing a positive relationship with the brand
  • Create opportunities to impress and engage with the customers, approaching all their questions and doubts
  • Manage customer queries about orders, accounts, payments and stock availability
