**Dutch Customer Service Representative in Lisbon**

**Dutch-speaking Customer Care Representative**

We are looking for Dutch speakers with a sports-oriented spirit and strong communication skills. As a Customer Care Representative, you will provide high-quality customer satisfaction in your language.

An American sportswear and footwear retailer, with its headquarters in New York City, and operating in 28 countries. They celebrate sneaker and youth culture around the globe, their purpose is to fuel self-expression.

The Profile:

- You are proficient in Dutch and high level of English (C1)
- You have excellent listening and communications skills
- You have familiarity with online advertising products and social media
- You have proficient solid Microsoft Office experience
- You are interesting in providing quality customer service
- You are open to learning all about customer care strategies and understanding of company’s products
- You are outgoing and charming
- You are able to work 40 hours per week

**Experience in customer support is a plus

Your responsibilities:

- Provide a customer-friendly service by showing interest in the customer, guaranteeing a positive relationship with the brand
- Create opportunities to impress and engage with the customers, approaching all their questions and doubts
- Manage customer queries about orders, accounts, payments and stock availability
