**Dutch Customer Service Representative**

**Your opportunity**:
Do something great. Join the Dutch Customer Care Team in Lisbon. This is your chance to gain valuable experience working abroad while you develop communication skills.

**The role**:
**This is your new job at Portugal if**
- You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and you are fluent in English (oral and written)
- You enjoy interacting with people and have excellent communication skills
- You have availability to work at least 40 hours a week in rotating shifts
- You are open to learn about new computer software programs and customer management
- You are able to work 40 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern

**Your day-to-day at work**
- Listen to customers’ questions, providing the best possible answers and solutions
- Solve concerns regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns
- Provide information about products
