People Function

**Our People organisation comprises of 5 key teams**: HR, HR Operations, Talent, Total Reward and L&D. We have over 60 employees globally in our People business and require highly motivated experts to help drive culture transformation & change acceleration.

Role Overview
Manage and deliver People data, reporting, analytics, insights and predictive needs for HR and business. Technical support for Workday Support development and execution of HR Technology Roadmap.
What you will do
Leads development and delivery of People Metrics function
Supports HR technology roadmap and implementation of roadmap - technical design and technology assessment and implementation
Provide integration support for Workday & SaaS Apps
Provide People analytics support to HR leadership and HR function in areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics
Supports HR leadership team and business stakeholders to identify business challenges and use People data analysis and insights to deliver strategy and improve processes, programmes and operations
Communicate findings to HR and the business via presentations, dashboards and analytics that provide commentary and insights
Create, maintain and ensure quality assurance of key Workday and Non Workday People data sets, reports and metrics
Collaborate across HR to promote data governance and stewardship, and to use analytics to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insight
Technical product knowledge to effectively support integration of Workday and analytics - development, testing, rollout and maintenance of integrations
Who you are
Related qualification in HR or Business
2+ Years Experience in a similar position
Experienced in using workday to a high level
Direct experience with providing HR data to the wider business
