Analyst for the Portuguese Affiliate of German Analytics & Consulting Team

The German Analytics & Consulting team of IQVIA works with headquarter clients and local affiliates in Germany on commercial challenges along the entire lifecycle of a product. The project range includes market and competitor assessments, forecasts, development of go-to-market strategies, customer segmentations and performance tracking.

What you will do

As Analyst / Consultant you will be actively participating in the development and delivery of consulting projects for headquarter clients and German affiliates.- Together with a project manager, work on analytical project types such as market assessment, targeting and segmentation and performance tracking-
- Prepare data and results in easy-to-understand presentations or tools, while ensuring high quality of the final deliverable- Present approaches and results in team meetings, client meetings or workshops- Develop knowledge of consulting methodologies and the German life science market through ongoing project work and participation in formal / informal learning opportunities- Contribute to internal initiatives and support the development of our services and product offerings- Work collaboratively and remotely in our hybrid working model (office & home office days) with the German team and the colleagues from our Portuguese affiliate across various IQVIA functions to accomplish team goals

What we expect of you- You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree with a strong academic track record. The area of studies is secondary, important is that you dealt with complex research questions and developed targeted solutions.- You are interested in the healthcare / life science industry and, preferably, already have gained initial work or internship experience in consulting or in a healthcare company- You have excellent analytical capabilities, are a data-driven individual and demonstrated your ability to work with large and multiple data sets in the past- You work with others effectively and communicate confidently (also in remote settings); you can work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results to meet timelines- You are an advanced user of Excel & PowerPoint, and you have an avid interest in programming and/or strong understanding of programming languages- You are fluent in English (both spoken and written); German skills would be a plus- You are willing to work remotely with colleagues from the German team and are okay with travels to Germany during the onboarding process and in project specific cases
