**What you’ll be doing at Webhelp**

As an **English and/or French Speaking
- HR Administrative**, you will:

- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update & Manage internal HRIS database with different information such as new hires, terminations, vacations, etc.
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, work certificates, and new hire guides
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance providers, and ensure legal compliance
- Support HRBP team with reports and relevant HR information
- Support with onboarding and offboarding processes by cooperating with the Recruitment and Welcome Office teams
- Answer employee’s queries about HR-related issues
- Assist the payroll department with relevant data (e.g. absenteeism, leaves, work schedule, offboard data)

**We’ll be a great match if you**:

- **Have a high level of English and/or French**:

- Have a degree in Human Resources
- Have excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Have good knowledge in Excel
- Have knowledge of labor laws is highly valued (additional training will be provided)
