**Responsibilities**:

- Support the purchasing function within the business;
- Manage Material-creation and maintenance;
- Manage Contract-creation and maintenance;
- Request, track and validate order acknowledgements;
- Collect and assess data related to blocked invoices and provide analysis in case of escalations;
- Support the transfer of activities from international legal entities into the service organization.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English (German or other European language is a plus);
- Background in Accounting, Logistics or Business Management;
- Knowledge of MS office tools;
- Communication skills and cooperative mindset;
- High level of accountability and accuracy;
