Airbus - Purchasing Administrator

Randstad is supporting AIRBUS to identify a Junior Purchasing Administrator to be part of the Communications and Corporate Affairs team of its Global Business Services, located in Lisbon.

The professional will be responsible to launch, follow and manage the order of external spend in the main Airbus procurement tool (Click and Buy).

You will be responsible for the:

- Creation of the procurement order request in the tool
- Follow-ups on the procurement order request until the purchase order is created
- Modification and update of any relevant information directly in the tool
- Management and follow-up on the receipt of the purchase order by the appropriate parties
- Management and check of the invoice register/ amount

In addition, you will be the key focal point on buying policy knowledge (when it comes to modifications/ updates in the tool) and will also be responsible for measuring and monitoring KPIs related to the department’s performance.
- hybrid model of working: 2 days from the office at Parque das Nações, 3 days in remote, from home
- flexible working hours, 8 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 6 pm
- no experience needed - degree in Management, Accounting and Finance
