Content Moderator with Romanian Language

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer. We are looking for a **Content Moderator (Romanian speaker)** to join our team in **Porto, Portugal**. This position is focused on ensuring compliance, safety, and quality of content on a leading e-commerce platform. **About the Role**: As a Content Moderator, you will guarantee products and services standards within the e-commerce platform. Your responsibilities include rational decision making with local market expertise as well as ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards while reviewing content. **Key Responsibilities**: - Become and remain knowledgeable and passionate about e-commerce products and services standards - Review content within agreed service levels and quality standards - Ensure policy/legal compliance and the safety of uploaded content - Adapt to policy changes and shifting schedules while following operating protocols - Escalate issues to the company in line with established procedures **Requirements**: - **Romanian**at **C2**level - Good command of **English (B2)**: - Strong moderation and communication skills (verbal and written) - Solid understanding of e-commerce and ability to handle peak volumes during promotion seasons - Customer service orientation, empathy, and rational decision making - Working schedule**:Monday to Sunday 09:00-18:00, 2 rotating days off** **Contract & Conditions**: - **Contract duration**: 6 months - **Working model**: On-site in Porto **Salary & Benefits**: - **Base salary**: 950 € gross/month - **Complexity bonus**: 150 € gross/month - **Meal allowance**: 7.23 € net per working day - **Transport allowance**: 20 € per month This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, ensuring a safe and high-quality experience for users on one of the world’s leading e-commerce platforms. ?PORld> Pay: 950.00€ - 1,270.00€ per month Application Question(s): - When can you start working? **Language**: - Romanian (required) - English (required) **Location**: - Porto, Distrito do Porto (required)
