Job Details

The process analyst will play an important role in the financial transformation team, identifying, mapping, and finding opportunities for improvement and efficiencies in all financial area processes. They will be responsible for mapping existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing automated solutions that align with the organization's strategic objectives.

Role Description
- Perform detailed analysis of processes with the objective of mapping them and identifying inefficiencies and areas of improvement within the financial function.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into process improvement initiatives.
- Utilize Microsoft Power Platform and other relevant technologies to design and implement scalable solutions for process automation.
- Support the development and maintenance of process documentation, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate training and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Role Requirements & Capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process analysis and improvement, preferably within a finance function.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform and a solid understanding of financial systems and processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive and agile mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
