Estamos a recrutar para empresa especializada na prestação de serviços de manutenção e limpeza, um Site Manager (M/F), para integrar a sua equipa localizada numa grande superfície comercial na Rua António Augusto Aguiar, Lisboa.
**Funções**:
- Planear e gerir a atividade da (s) sua (s) equipa (s), assegurando a existência de produtos, materiais e equipamentos, nomeadamente a nível de fardamento, fazendo o levantamento das necessidades, requisitando-os, assegurando o bom estado de conservação, o transporte e abastecimento dos mesmos.
- Auxiliar na gestão administrativa de RH, elaborando folhas de ponto, planos de férias, substituições, entrega de cheques e recibos de vencimento, garantindo a afixação, nos locais de trabalho, de documentos de ordem legal e comunicando as necessidades.
- Auxiliar a atividade logística que envolve o agendamento de consultas de Medicina do Trabalho.
- Implementar e controlar as ações necessárias à melhoria da satisfação do cliente e da gestão dos aspetos ambientais, de modo assegurar o cumprimento da legislação e dos procedimentos aplicáveis do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade e do Ambiente
- Gerir a relação com os clientes, funcionando como ligação institucional entre os clientes, as equipas de trabalho e o District Manager
**Requisitos**:
- 12º ano terminado ou Licenciatura na área adequada(preferencial);
- Experiência profissional na função de supervisão (superior a 3 anos);
- Experiência em contexto industrial (preferencial);
- Conhecimentos de HACCP;
- Carta de Condução (preferencial);
- Conhecimentos de gestão administrativa de pessoal (folhas de ponto, marcação de férias, etc.);
- Disponibilidadeentre as 7 e as 22h e ao fim de semana.
**Oferta**:
Pacote salarial médio mensal bruto de 1190€ (vencimento base + subsídio de alimentação + outros benefícios)
Contrato direto com o cliente;
Possibilidade de progressão de carreira.
