Your mission: turn world-class traffic into world-class revenue by owning everything that happens **after the click and before the exit**, from presell pages and landers to PDPs, checkouts, upsells, and cross-sells. We started with The Conqueror and over 1 million customers worldwide. Now we're expanding fast (acquiring and building new e-commerce brands) and we need someone who can bring a high-converting funnel mindset that scales. **Sounds like you? Keep reading.** **What you'll own**: - ** Funnel strategy**: Map every customer touch-point (presell, landers, PDP, checkout, upsells, post-purchase) and design experiments that move the only metrics that matter: CAC, LTV. - ** Experimentation program**: Ship clean A/B tests at high velocity, enforce statistical rigor, and build a backlog that balances "quick wins" with "big swings." - ** Offer architecture**: Bundle, upsell, cross-sell, and continuity offers that expand AOV while preserving conversion rate. - ** Speed & UX**: Partner with devs to hit sub-2-second perceived load on mobile; test server-side when client-side scripts would bias results. - ** Benchmarking & swipe-file**: Maintain a living library of best-in-class funnels across industries, annotated with hypotheses we can steal, remix, and launch. - ** Cross-team collaboration**: Close the loop with Paid Media, Creative, and Data so traffic quality, messaging, and funnel experience evolve as one system. - ** Reporting & dashboards**: Surface test velocity, win-rate, and cohort-level insights that keep leadership focused on upside and risk. - ** Team leadership**: Build and mentor a multidisciplinary squad of CROs, designers, devs, product owners and analysts. **You might be the one if** - You've shipped 50+ statistically valid funnel tests and actually care if the results are statistically sound. - You don't compare "last week vs. this week", but you compare control vs. variant. - You know conversion rate is more about traffic quality than landing page tweaks. - Watching brands send paid clicks to a generic collections page makes your eye twitch. - You keep a living swipe file of winning funnels, landers, and offer stacks across industries; annotated with why they work and the hypotheses they inspire. - You guard against local maxima by regularly benchmarking against best-in-class funnels, even outside your vertical. - You segment test results by cohort (new vs. returning, channel, geography, creative theme) before calling any winner "rolled out." - You can brief engineers on feature-flag rollouts and debate designers on conversion-focused UX. - You've led (or co-led) a high-performing team, and thrive in environments where generalists win.
