David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit QA Lead for their Lisbon office.

Position: QA Lead

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage team of QAs and audit activities of business team auditors
- Conduct audits of transactions as per Quality guidelines and sample size
- Prepare insightful data interpretation
- Collaborate with client and internal stakeholders on audit results and business metric analytics for continuous improvement
- Conduct audit for Customer survey responses, escalations and complaints to check the cause and support in mitigation planning
- Track the audit results in provided platform/database
- Identify and report compliance issues & address any training needs
- Impact Quality trainings.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Native/fluent in English, both oral and written (minimum C1 level)
- Knowledge of other European languages will be considered as an advantage
- Accademic degree in any field - mandatory
- 3+ years of work experience with exposure to Quality Management System planning/execution in Service industry (BPO/Contact centres)
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Training or Certification in Quality Practices, standards or tools will be considered as an advantage (ISO 9K, COPC, PMP, Six Sigma or Lean approach awareness)
- Lead or worked (as a team memaber) on improvement projects
- Experience with Transaction Quality framework/ Transaction Audits
- Working experience in Supplies or Asset Management, Order management programs (Voice based) will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Analytical and detail oriented.
