It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. **As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for**: - Receiving telephone calls from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning the product or service - Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools - Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies - Handling clients' requests: policy changes, cancellations, claims, updating payment details. **What you will need**: - Fluent level of Hebrew language (at least C1) - Good level of English language (at least B2) - to live in Lisbon, Portugal or you can relocate there - Strong communication skills - A desire to be part of a fast-growing, international company **What you will gain**: - Base salary without accommodation: 1767€ gross - Base salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1478€ gross - only if you are currently living at least 100 km away from Lisbon - Health insurance coverage for both public and private sectors - Airport pick-up and administrative help - **Full refund of the flight expenses after 9 months of work**: - Free Language lessons, integrating activities with colleagues, and more ?PORld> Pay: 1,480.00€ - 1,770.00€ per month Application Question(s): - When you can start working? - Do you have full working rights in Portugal? **Language**: - Hebrew (required) - English (required)
