**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead team at Mizu Teppanyaki
- Create innovative and balanced Asian dishes
- Develop menus aligned with Mizu concept
- Work highquality Asian ingredients
- Ensure HACCP and hygiene compliance
- Oversee precise daily mise en place
**Profile / Requirements**
- Experience in Asian cuisine (preferred)
- Knowledge of Asian ingredients and techniques
- Minimum 2 years in similar role
- Culinary production training
- Fluent English required
- Portuguese knowledge is a plus
- Creativity and innovation in dish creation
- Strong operational leadership skills
- Organization, precision, attention to detail
