Nous proposons des services digitaux visant à contruire une présence en ligne pour nos clients, enregistrements de noms de domaines, hébergements, serveurs, création de sites, e-commerce, protection de marque.

**Schedule**: Lun à Ven 8:00 à 17:00 (majoritairement en Télétravail)

**Véhicule privé obligatoire pour se rendre au bureau**

Jours fériés français.

**Description de l’offre**

**Responsabilités**
- Résoudre les incidences sur les produits acquéris par nos clients
- Identifier les nécessités des clients, les conseiller et les accompagner dans le processus d’achat.
- Établir une excellente relation avec les clients et les aider à évoluer dans leur secteur à l’aide de nos produits
- Faire remonter les incidences que vous ne pourrez pas résoudre directement au 2nd niveau.
- Etablir une bonne relation avec nos clients en fournissant une expèrience au dela de leurs attentes.
- Suivi de demandes non résolues lors du premier contact.

**Connaissances et compétences**
- Français natif
- Bon niveau d’Anglais et/ou d’Espagnol est un plus
- Experience positive au sein d’un service clients. Si non une forte orientation clientèle est exigée
- Forte motivation pour établir une relation avec le client
- Excellentes compétences communicatives
- Connaissance du secteur de l’enregistrement et gestion de noms de domaines est un plus
- Grande capacité communicative et de traitement de l’information orale et écrite
- Forte orientation client
- Une expérience commerciale est un plus
