- O nosso parceiro é um reconhecido Bar localizado na zona histórica de Lisboa e pretende recrutar para a função de Bar Manager.**Descrição da Função**:

- Gerir e coordenar a equipa;
- Preparar os diversos cocktails e bebidas, de acordo com os standards implementados;
- Realizar atendimento ao Cliente;
- Garantir o cumprimento das regras de HACCP por parte da equipa;
- Efectuar o controlo de stocks;
- Realizar e receber encomendas;
- Garantir o fecho de caixa.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência profissional em funções de Barman;
- Capacidade de gerir de equipas e liderar;
- Fluência em Inglês;
- Forte orientação para o cliente;
- Orientação para o detalhe;
- Elevada apetência de comunicação;
- Pro-actividade, interesse, flexibilidade e auto-motivação.
- Forte sentido de responsabilidade.
